  7. This is a OS Format replacement, offering some features that were missing
  8. from C='s Format.  This program will work in both OS2.04/2.1 and OS3.0/3.1,
  9. taking into account features available in OS3.0+.
  10.  
  11. Adds the ability to install a valid OS2.0/2.1 and OS3.0+ valid bootblock, and
  12. to shut off the Verifying of tracks.
  13.  
  14. Sometime soon, a new version will be available that can mark off bad blocks
  15. when verifying a OFS/FFS formatted floppy, which is currently in process.
